Our Federal Government client supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. The client is an independent statutory agency that is responsible for implementing the federal governments disability scheme.

About the role:
An unparalleled opportunity has arisen for a proven executive to assist with leading the improvement of contact centre operations for a large Federal Government Department. You will design and execute approaches across people and operations that assist with making an enormous positive impact on the lives of people living with disability.

Key Duties:

  • Leading and supporting teams delivering services in the contact centre environment.
  • Designing contact centre reference and training material, resources and processes to ensure consistency across the Department's business areas.
  • Ensuring adherence to technical and procedural performance elements and standards.
  • Researching and preparing reports and correspondence relating to contact centre performance.
  • Contributing insights to branch performance, monitoring risk and recommending corrective and preventative actions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and effectiveness of large-scale contact centre operations within a heavily regulated environment
  • Natural bias for action with an orientation towards developing people, process and technology to assist contact centre improvement
  • Superb stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Tertiary Qualifications within a relevant disciple is desirable but not essential.
