Our Federal Government client supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. The client is an independent statutory agency that is responsible for implementing the federal governments disability scheme.

About the role:
An unparalleled opportunity has arisen for a proven L&D Executive to assist with leading the improvement of contact centre operations for a large Federal Government Department. You will design and execute approaches across people and operations that assist with making an enormous positive impact on the lives of people living with disability.

Key Duties:

  • Analysing, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions and resources.
  • Ensuring call centre resources and materials are aligned with Agency requirements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress of projects, including needs analysis, vendor relationship management, learning design and facilitation, eLearning and inductions.
  • Using feedback and data to drive improvement of branch resources and practices.
  • Building the capacity of NCC staff, delegates and staff by managing and delivering training and workshops.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of improving learning and development efficiency and effectiveness of large-scale contact centre operations within a heavily regulated environment
  • Natural bias for action with an orientation towards developing people, process and technology to assist contact centre improvement
  • Superb stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Tertiary Qualifications within a relevant disciple is desirable but not essential.
