The Opportunity;
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency based in Surry Hills, we are looking for an EL1 Business Analyst to join the Service Design and Improvement team. 

Responsibilities will include; 
  • Review and document current business processes
  • Creating and facilitating process design improvements by conducting business and systems process analysis 
  • Providing program level analysis and produce analysis documentation 
  • Providing expertise and support the Product Owner to elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps 
  • Evaluate effectiveness of proposed solutions and design 
  • Lead transition of business requirements over to build teams 
  • Support verification testing of the solution and ensure alignment to business requirements 
To be considered, you will demonstrate; 
  • Experience as a Business Analyst 
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Desirable - Salesforce experience or prior experience working in disability or public sector
