About the Team
The Participant Experience Design division is the key driver of the Participant Service Improvement Plan and the Participant Service Charter. The division’s work is to design and deliver Scheme service improvements to provide quality participant outcomes and enhance their NDIS experience. This experience-design work also aims to improve how our frontline – Participant Experience Delivery (PED) operates.
The Participant, Platforms & Processes Improvements Initiatives Branch (3Ps) manages this program of work, whilst the Service Design & Improvements Branch (SDI) and Platform, Process & Design Branch (PPD) carries out much of the design work required.
In line with the Participant Service Charter principles, we drive transparency into Agency decision-making through our policy and guidance work. We design, build and deliver to the required scale, whether this be small elements with tools, templates and resources to major fundamental change work. These projects focus on future sustainability while keeping the NDIS community central to this work.
