About the role:
As a Project Manager, your role is to drive the delivery of projects (including the planning, monitoring and management) using Agency frameworks. You will work closely with the Finance team members and business leads to deliver the Agency's key initiatives.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Have a sound understanding and knowledge base of the Agency and Scheme's purpose, priorities, reforms and have the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Apply project management methodologies to deliver high quality outcomes that address business needs within a complex environment.
  • Actively contribute to project tasks with a strong focus on delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Define project work plans and support project leads in the driving progress, monitoring and reporting against milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage the governance of the project against Agency frameworks and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Manage multiple priorities while producing high quality outputs within agreed timeframes.
  • Build and manage collaborative relationships with Agency work groups and stakeholders to support effective collaborations.
  • Develop innovative solutions to issues effecting delivery of the Project(s).
  • Ensure project workforce coverage and manage the project estimating activities
  • Deliver and maintain project artefacts including, project management, change and risk plans, budget, resourcing, scheduling and performance reporting to assure integrity of the project, along with high level executive briefing material to assist in providing stakeholder assurance of project progress.
