Chandler Macleod are currently seeking applications for the role of Dry Goods Storeman!

Reporting to the Site Manager, the primary role of the Storeman Position is to ensure there is enough stock for the smooth running of the Plant; this is achieved by recording all stock received and distributed to the site.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a team-based environment
  • Ability to make quick and correct decisions "on the job"
  • A sound knowledge of Baiada guidelines
  • Problem solving skills
  • FORKLIFT LICENCE
  • HR TRUCK LICENCE

    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure plant has enough stock in place for the days production
  • Complete daily stock take sheets
  • Liaise with the purchasing officer
  • Ensure CHEP dockets are correctly filled out
  • Adhere to all WHS Policies and Procedures
