About the company:

We are currently seeking an experienced Document Management Officer for an immediate start on behalf our client, located about an hour west of Gladstone. This opportunity will run for 3 months working part time 18 hours per week (working Tuesday to Thursday)

About the role:

  • You will assist in the development, promotion and implementation of records management best practice.
  • You will be facilitating the procedure and drawing review process.
  • You will provide practical solutions for the site that meet individual need, business requirements and records management compliance
  • You will be responsible for assisting in supporting the Document and Records Management framework to provide a high-quality records management service for the site.

About you:

  • Available to start immediately
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in use of SAP and TRIM (or another document management system) is mandatory
  • High level Record Management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of or the ability to gain knowledge of legislative requirements and industry standards related to recordkeeping, in particular:
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
