We are currently seeking an experienced Document Control Support Officer for an immediate start on behalf our client, located about an hour west of Gladstone.. This opportunity will run for 3 months with flexible hours.

Your duties will include:

  • Support the Electrical Technical Officer to populate a master document register
  • Document Control and Management
  • Formatting of documents
  • Data entry - high speed and accuracy mandatory
  • Processing of applications and general correspondence
  • General support to the greater team as required
  • Providing local support for Document Control Activities

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Available to start immediately
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of organisation skills.
  • Ability to work amongst team as well as autonomously
  • Demonstrated 3+ years strong administration / document control experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred
  • Experience in use of SAP and TRIM (or another document management system) is mandatory
