Baiada have once again partnered with Chandler Macleod to support their mission to find enthusiastic, active people to join the team in their Beresfield Distribution Centre.

It’s here, that only the highest quality, freshest poultry products are packaged and sent out to be delivered to supermarkets and fast-food restaurants.

The role of Distribution Clerk is responsible for:
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Following up drivers and deliveries
  • Preparing delivery driver rosters
  • Providing drivers with all relevant documentation relating to deliveries
  • Managing CHEP pallet control
  • Administration of all CHEP movements, including processing, reconciliations, reporting and contacting customers to correct discrepancies and arrange retrieval of pallets
  • General data entry
  • Stock control functions – undertake & data entry of stock take
  • Customer service and delivery enquiries
  You are the right person for the job if you demonstrate:
  • High level administration experience and strong attention to detail.
  • 2 + years’ experience with CHEP
  • Logistics/Warehousing experience is desirable
  • Highly organised and able to deal with multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner as there will be multiple systems to navigate
  • Currently living in Australia, with full unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
