Our State Government client is seeking to engage a Director, Operations on a contract for 6 months.

About the Role:

It is an exciting time to join the PSU as we innovatively redesign both the PSU and the management of misconduct in the ACTPS. The Director, Operations is an integral role for the successful attainment of the PSU's vision, as we grow capabilities and innovatively redesign processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • leads a team of investigators responsible for undertaking independent investigations of misconduct allegations,
  • management of complaints and providing broader advice and support in accordance with relevant legislation and industrial instruments.
