About the role:

This role is an excellent opportunity for those striving to demonstrate advanced leadership capabilities and who is looking for a career that positively impacts the lives of thousands. You will be directing a critical department in conjunction with an organisational-wide approach to manage and improve product allocation. In combination with industry best practice, you will be responsible for the engagement with clients, stakeholders, providers, and suppliers to ensure aids and other disability related products are meeting the needs of the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement with communities and product suppliers,
  • Developing professional relationships with productive outcomes for procurement.
  • Analysing and identifying supply and procurement processes, including identifying trends and issues early.
  • Influencing decisions within the organisation with informed evidence-based practice.
  • Expert reporting and presentation of findings and analysis, to a level suitable for tribunal and legislative publication and submission.

You will have:

  • Excellent communication and literacy skills.
  • Experience in procurement, supply, and medical aids or device sales.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with demonstrated experience.
  • The ability and confidence to build rapport with a variety of clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Experience in a leadership or management position of over three years.

  • Day rate of $585 per day/$78 per hour + super
