Big 4 bank in Sydney CBD is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience in financial services or a telco. Starting immediately this will be an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.


Reporting into the Executive Manager of Marketing & Communications, this role will drive and support the delivery of digital marketing projects across the broader business in a manner consistent with the fund's brand attributes. Using your communications expertise, you will plan, develop and execute digital communications to members/stakeholders of the fund across multiple channels.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with creating videos of advantage and 1:1 communications pieces such as emails, SMS and letters.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable and responsible for the development and execution of appropriate project communication plans and materials to meet project deliverables and objectives.
  • Deliver and coordinate the end-to-end production of project communications from preparation, due diligence, design and distribution with little direction.
  • Develop content for member communication, including but not limited to product disclosure statements, member booklets, significant event notices, websites, call centre training and scripts, newsletters, letters, forms and fact sheets.
  • Ensure consistency of the fund's brand, key messages and project goals across all communication channels.
  • Effectively manage communications with project delivery teams.
    Assist in the preparation of papers and reports for the board, committees and management.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive digital communications experience with a solid understanding of such.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications or related degree.
  • Experience working with agile project methodology and active participation in project working groups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with structuring information across multiple communication channels including, but not limited to, print, online, call centers.


Desirable:
Applicants from a financial service, telco or any other professionals service background will be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
