Chandler Macleod has an outstanding opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator in Gillman

Position is to start ASAP, Monday to Friday 05:00AM – 13:30PM
$34.19 per hour

Duties:

• Booking in all transport carriers, making sure that all timeslots are adhered too.
• Work with warehouse team leaders and the transport coordinator to streamline the safe loading/unloading of all vehicles.
• Support billing in updating all required data entry accurately and daily.
• Review and maintain daily volumes making sure that timeslots are booked and followed.
• Understanding of COR whilst making sure that this is always followed.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment a must.


Skills & Experience:

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, PWS & TMS desirable
• Experience in transport and logistics industries desirable
• Ability to work in a team environment, often under tight time constraints.
• Ability to identify discrepancies in transactional data with data entry.
• Excellent numeracy and reconciliation skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Great attention to detail.
