Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Design and Engagement Lead on a contract for 12 months with potential extension 12 months.

Position Description:

This resource will lead a high level and persistent engagement with ERP accountable to:

  • Be a single point of contact for non-executive Defence Learning Environment (DLE) coordination.
  • Ensure deep alignment, integration and agreement between key stakeholders of the
  • DLE, DELTA and the ERP Project, particularly focused on Services.
  • Deliver an agreed end-state solution design aligned to ERP Tranche 3 outcomes, maximising opportunities for interoperability with the broader Defence Learning Environment.
  • Ensure business process alignment for future state of the Defence Learning Technical Environment (DLTE).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct and facilitate engagement to align business processes and technical
  • requirements of the future state DLTE.
  • Ensure appropriate communication, awareness and agreement to program requirements representing DELTA.
  • Obtain stakeholder agreement that the proposed concept designs meet and receive approval in line with architectural and security standard for the ERP and Defence.
  • Report progress, risks and mitigations in line with proposed schedules.
  • Ensure reference artefacts developed or edited in relation to the program capture the requisite changes to maintain currency.
  • Develop and inform future training development and delivery.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet the proposed outcomes sought for DELTA under ERP.
  • Deliver an agreed end-state solution design aligned to ERP Tranche 3 outcomes
  • Design, support, collaborate, attend, (internal and/or external) project meetings, workshops, informational sessions, training, requirements gathering, use case analysis, or other related activities.
  • Perform Risk identification, analysis and reduction activities.
  • Work with peers in a collaborative Team environment.
  • Report to DELTA Directors in relation to status of activities, identified risks and task completion at a high enough level to allow upward communication through the organisation chain of command.
  • Assist / oversee / configure Proof of Concept deliverables with stakeholder assistance.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline security clearance or NV1.
