Our client is an ASX listed Australian energy solutions company with operations nationally and across New Zealand. Currently they are seeking a Depot Team Leader to assist within a busy operation based in Port Hedland. This is an exciting opportunity for an energic leader to step in and supervise a small, dedicated team.

This highly visible role will assist with championing process improvements and provide effective management to lead, motivate and empower employees. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Team building and performance feedback
  • Analysis of daily results across operations
  • Take action to meet targets on service delivery
  • Staff training
  • Manage safety in all respects ensuring regulatory and legal compliance
  • Stock taking
