We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Department Coordinator based within Melbourne CBD. Your main duties will be to provide administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of client submissions and pitch documents (including formatting, layout, inserting pictures etc) and e-brochures using Adobe Indesign
  • Preparation of marketing material (signboards, press ads, internet listings, magazines) and related invoicing
  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence including emails, PowerPoint presentations, reports, EDMs
  • Assist and contribute to the coordination of national and business initiatives
  • Maintaining property websites
  • Managing the Client Relationship Management database
  • Raising and generating invoices/trust money
  • Coordinate, and where required, participate in meetings including preparing agendas, minutes, minute taking and following up actions from meetings
  • Prepare monthly expense reconciliations for each team member
  • Provide general administrative support including diary & contact management, and follow up of outstanding items


Your skills and attributes will include:

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office
  • Adobe Indesign, an advantage
  • Client-focused and responsive

Salary dependent on experience but ranges from $35-$40 ph
