Chandler Macleod is proud to be partnering with their client in the inner suburbs of Brisbane for this incredible opportunity in Customer Service and Administration.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide a solutions-based approach to each individual query
  • Complete any associated processing administration
  • High level processing
  • Member's account maintenance through change of details
  • Updating beneficiaries
  • Merging duplicate accounts
  • Handling of inbound mail and documents
  • Working 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday

To be successful in your application for this position you will have:

  • Intermediate Excel experience essential
  • Previous experience working in heavy based admin environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when dealing with sometimes sensitive situations
  • Clear and concise manner when dealing with customer queries
  • Strong administration and systems experience
  • High attention to detail
  • MUST be able to pass criminal history and credit checks

  • 3 & 5 Month Temp Roles (possibility of extension)
