Chandler Macleod have received a FANTASTIC full-time temporary opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Officer!

Initially WFH - Our client is based in Silverwater, where you will be required to work from the office once lockdown is over.

Days: Monday to Friday

Duration: 12 Months (With potential for extension)

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Ability to use Microsoft suite of office applications - Essential
  • Proven experience within an administrative support function
  • Experience in an electrical, industrial or technical role is an advantage but not essential
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional Phone Manner
  • Comfortable working closely with customers and laboratory staff
  • Be an enthusiastic team member with strong interpersonal skills
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Finely tuned decision making and problem solving skills
  • High level organisational and time management skills
