Chandler Macleod is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client as a Customer Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer and consumer queries and order requests via phone calls and emails. The position aims to create a positive and engaging relationship between the consumer and various brands, ultimately converting propensity to purchase/brand favour to product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer and consumer queries and order requests via phone calls and emails
• Building positive relationships with customers and consumers at various touch points in their journey
• Providing technical product knowledge and solutions to customers and consumers
• Managing customer expectations and providing "no" answers when necessary
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a "wow" experience throughout the customer journey
• Utilising various data sources to provide relevant and timely information to customers and consumers
• Collaborating with other experts in the business to provide comprehensive solutions to customers and consumers
• Demonstrating loyalty to and protecting company brands
Required Skills:
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
• Strong product knowledge
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to customers and consumers
• Customer satisfaction mentality with a passion for helping customers
• Ability to navigate websites and data sources to find and transmit information
• Problem-solving and resourceful mentality
• Good judgement and the ability to seek help when necessary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
• 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience
• Customer focus/engagement experience
• Strong computer skills
• Product knowledge is a benefit
• SAP knowledge is a benefit
