Chandler Macleod are seeking a Customer Service team Leader to join our client, a leading manufacturer based in Emu Plains for a full time permanent role.

Duties of the role include but not be limited to:

  • Guide the team by supporting their daily interaction with customers being of a high standard
  • Be the point of escalation for the team and customers to effectively resolve issues
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal stakeholder groups
  • Contribute to strategic planning by supplying market insights that will create smarter solutions for customers

To be suitable for this role you will have:
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using a CRM and ERP platforms is a must
  • Previous experience with pricing and margin and its impact on profitability is a must
