We have an exciting opportunity based with a very well Established organization for an experience Customer Service Team Leader for an 18 month contract. This role has come about due to a massive project currently underway within the organization.

Job Objective:

To lead a team of Sales Support and Tele-Sales staff though a transformation process that delivers high impact sales skills and revenue results
Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day running of the Customer Service Team
* Motivating and mentoring subordinates to achieve department goals and objectives.
* Meaningfully participate in management conversations to report on the performance of the customer service team.
* Providing a high level of communication to internal and external stakeholders
* Planning and implementing Sales-capability enhancing projects to change or transform the business processes through others.
* Meeting KPIs
* Making confident and reasoned decisions regarding processes that affect every day work and the ability to understand when to involve other functions in resolving issues.
* Above all else we are looking for someone who is a high level communicator - someone who provides a high level of customer service and a proven track record with customer satisfaction.

Location is South Melbourne Suburbs though this is subject to change to be in line with restrictions.

Remuneration in line with experience.
