In order to be considered for the role you ideally will possess the following skills and experience,

  • Minimum 2-3 years' customer service experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Sound computer literacy and skills
  • Competent information management skills
  • Mature and friendly approach to the working environment with a willingness and ability to learn new procedures
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of customer service skills is essential

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Receive customers' requests by telephone, email, website or mail, analyses requests, provide information requested
  • Take customer orders and process, follow up all customer inquiries and freight queries
  • Respond to customers' requests via telephone or email
  • Administer customer ordering processing, accounting and warranty procedures
  • Maintain liaison with other departments for order completion
  • Investigate and action any customer complaints and assist in Returns and Replacements as needed. Attend to returned goods in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required
  • Provide technical literature/information to customers when required
  • Credit card processing
  • Input data from the sales reps run sheets
  • Provide support & assist in all tasks associated with customer loyalty programs
  • Participate in stocktake
  • Informing potential customers about our products and services
  • Follow through web registrations to confirm eligibility
  • General office and administration duties.
