About You:
Do you have a passion for all things tech and enjoy interacting with a wide range of different people?!

Duties include:

  • High level customer service, liaising with customers via phone and email to resolve all requests
  • Troubleshooting and technical support
  • Escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Recording clear, concise notes for each customer interactio
  • Developing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
  • Excellent confidence and negotiation skills dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds;
  • Well developed verbal communication skills with the ability to display sensitivity, empathy, discretion and diplomacy
  • Computer literacy/technology skills
  • High level of customer service skills

*Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster with weekday coverage 8AM - 9PM, Saturdays 9AM - 6PM, Sundays 12PM - 6PM (working every other weekend)
