Chandler Macleod are seeking a Customer Service Representative superstar to join a World Leading Manufacturer for a full time permanent opportunity based in Chullora!

This is an excellent opportunity for Uni Graduates looking for an entry level position within a global business and huge opportunity for growth.

You will be responsible for being a key customer contact, looking after a dedicated portfolio of accounts and providing gold class service delivery.

Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage the customer experience for your client portfolio
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
  • Provide customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
  • Identify improvements with systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers
