Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Customer Support Officer to join a client based in Seven Hills for a full time 6 month fixed term contract with potential extension.

To be suitable for this role you will:

  • Be responsible for processing sales quotes and orders for product and price quote confirmations
  • Review inbound quotes and orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper configuration, where possible and forward to reps and dealers to do the same.
  • Enters quotes and orders into system.
  • Participates in identification and resolution of potential ordering problems; follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Maintains contact with sales representatives and Dealers as well as Vendors, regarding current status of orders.
  • Takes sales calls from dealers and end-users. Ensures that special buying programs are followed as intend and set up in the system.
  • Assists customers with ordering products, tracking and location of product shipments.
  • Involvement in the development and ongoing customer services associated with new business streams.


    To be suitable for this role you will have:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to priorities tasks
  • Previous experience reviewing product specifications and inputting SKU numbers highly desired
