Customer Service Officer

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for our highly sought after client within the construction industry.

Based at their Kilsyth branch, the opportunity has arisen to join their well-established team with a focus on customer service and dispatch.

THE ROLE:

As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders and associated tasks, maintaining records and working to requirements in a timely and professional manner. The focus will be on developing and maintaining customer relationships both internally and externally across the company network in Victoria.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and providing effective service
  • Handling customer queries and quotations
  • General administration duties
  • Keying orders and processing of tasks
  • Compliance to OH&S Standards and safety culture


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • High customer focus and orientation
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of computer systems, SAP knowledge would be advantageous
