Customer Service Representative

An opportunity to join a well-established leading Australian supplier of concrete solutions to the building and construction.

Working from their Campbellfield site, the opportunity has arisen to join their Customer Service team on a temporary contract starting immediately.

THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as well as supporting and working alongside your team. The focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally across the company network.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate and efficient order processing
  • Answering calls, providing effective and accurate service and information
  • Handling customer queries relating to stock, pricing, lead times, and other matters
  • General administration duties
  • Update and maintain internal systems effectively
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders including sales, distribution, and production teams


YOUR SKILLS:

To be successful in this position, you will possess a positive attitude, a particular level of experience, and motivation to grow and develop within the business. In addition to this, you will have:

  • High customer focus and orientation
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Collaborative approach, motivating and supporting team
  • Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders - both internally and externally
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer Literacy with strong systems capability - Microsoft Office
  • Experience within manufacturing/distribution would be desirable
