We at Chandler Macleod have two exciting job opportunities to share with you. We are currently seeking two highly experienced Customer Service Officers to join one of our well known clients located in Knoxfield for an ASAP start.
These customer service roles are permanent positions with full time hours and will require candidates to work from the office.
Role Purpose
To coordinate placement and delivery of all orders within given portfolio including new work set up.
Provide internal support for account managers by liaising directly with customers and internal stakeholders relating to all order management issues.
Primary Accountabilities
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Experience using databases (SAP preferred but not essential)
Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Ability to prioritise important activities and problem solve with limited information.
Ability to provide timely response.
Ability to effectively communicate inbound and outbound (includes phone skills)
Ability to recognize relevant customer intelligence to support sales.
Ability to build a relationship on the phone to resolve issues.
Ability to adapt and cope in a changing/fast paced environment.
Ability to utilize multiple systems seamlessly.
Ability to understand and follow process.
