An Australian owned client who was founded in 2008 is one of the largest third party logistics provider who specializes in providing to eCommerce and traditional retail warehouse and order fulfillments; servicing through stores. With majority of the company leading in enabling tech logistics the fulfillment centers all powered autonomous mobile robot which support the team in providing same day deliveries. Our client has been built up to service complex online retail orders and has involved developing systems, process and teams which deliver cost effective order fulfillment solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed of fulfillment.

Chandler Macleod are looking to recruit a Customer Service Office& Logistic Administration to our growing clients workforce located in Truganina Victoria. Our client is looking for a suitable candidate who can commence on an immediate start and is looking for long term growth & development.

About the role:
* Assess customer needs effectively

* Ensure that the work is completed at a consistent high standard

* Responsible for the overall end to end process

* Develop opportunities to grow the business
* Provide systems, administration and clerical support to the other departments when required - Inward, outbound, inventory, manning profiles to provide coverages during times to leave or peak periods
* Assisting in laborer cost to specialized target cost per unit
* Supporting daily warehouse operations
* Manage and correct any data rejected by freight carriers
* Answer all incoming operations queries in a timely, courtesy and professional manner
* Following all laws regulations and policies
* Communicate shipping interface errors that occur to client
* Action automated errors and alerts regarding order issues and item master issues and receipt file issues
* Liaise with supplier and transport company and customer as required

About yourself:
* Knowledge of office & logistic administration procedures
* Preferred production knowledge of the warehouse industry / terminology
* Being able to multitask - Changing priorities
* Computer skills - Work, MS Outlook, SAP, Excel
* Attention to detail - High level of accuracy
* Remaining calm under times of pressure
* Diplomacy when dealing with customers
* Up beat phone manner
* Able to work on your own / as part of a team
* Able to take directions from management and open to suggestion on job improvement
