We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for a temporary 4 - 5 month position with a large energy company located in Perth's CBD.

  • Super on all hours
  • Based in Perth's CBD
  • 4 - 5 month temporary position



    Requirements:
  • 3 + years relevant experience in a front-line, high volume, fast paced customer service environment
  • Competent in digital systems and technology - MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet browser (Internet Explorer) or equivalent
  • Experience managing customer enquiries and disputes
  • Good level of time management and prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills
  • WA Certificate of Education or equivalent
