We are seeking a Customer Service professionals who relishes working in a busy customer facing role.

You will be part of the team delivering high quality customer service to members and guests across a range of areas including facility bookings, the provision of program and services information, and merchandise sales.

We are looking for a friendly and bubbly personality, a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and great time management skills.

You will enjoy working in a team environment and have the flexibility to work over a seven-day roster, with morning, afternoon and evening shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong customer service skills across a diverse range of customers
  • Ability to work in a busy customer service role
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, making decisions promptly
  • Ability to accurately undertake point of sale operations when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Learn to swim administration assistance
  • Cleaning duties
  • Online booking systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintain a high level of personal and professional presentation at all times
