Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our government client based in Lithgow for a full time temporary assignment

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7 hours per day between 7am - 7pm

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • High volume call centre
  • Adhoc administration
  • Responding to inbound enquiries
  • Resolving debt enquiries
  • Provide information for general enquiries
  • Receive and record complaints and feedback into the agency database

    To be suitable for this role you will have:
  • High level of accuracy
  • 2 - 3 years customer service experience
  • Previous government experience preferred but not essential
  • Be able to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A full criminal record check will be required for successful candidates
