Customer Service Officer

A well-known Australian brand is looking for a Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join their small team with a supportive network.

Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Customer Service Senior, the responsibilities of the Administration Assistant will include:

  • Assistance & Support provided to National Sales Manager and her Team
  • Customer information requests
  • Sales information requests
  • Product information requests
  • Marketing brochures

Customer Service

  • Answering Customer calls
  • Assistance with Customer queries
  • Processing of Customer order
  • Assisting with Accounts Administration
  • General administrative support to the CFO and the Managing Director

Qualifications & Skills
The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Assistant
  • Worked with small business systems before, such as ABM preferred
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task
