About the role:
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, email, face to face and digital medium.
- Meeting the needs and motivations of the customer and providing a tailored level of advice to achieve high level customer service outcomes.
- Modify and adapt communication style as required to best suit the needs of the customer.
- Identify and communicate possible improvements to service position.
- Any other administration duties as required
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience - ideally within a high-volume call centre
- You will have experience in dealing with customers face to face
- You will have a passion for providing the highest level of customer service
- You will have great written and oral communication skills
- You will have intermediate to advanced PC skills
- You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time accordingly
