Chandler Macleod are seeking Customer Service superstars to join our client, a leading manufacturer based in Silverwater for a full time permanent position.

About The Role
The role of the Customer Service Consultant is to provide inbound/outbound sales to our network and maintain high standard of customer service provided. Working within a friendly team environment this role supports field representatives and the regions in maximising the sales potential of the brand.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming customer telephone orders and enquiries and processing of same.
  • Conduct outgoing customer calls seeking potential sales orders with specials programs.
  • Identify opportunities to "upsell/sell across"
  • Keep customers notified of sales promotions and specials during the course of contact
  • Manage customer stock and product enquiries
  • Process daily sales, credit and stock transfer transactions, as and when required.
  • Manage or refer customer complaints to the appropriate persons.
  • Processing of transactions, documentation and record keeping.
  • Perform administrative duties as required
  • Liaise with field staff and warehouse staff
