We are currently seeking customer service professionals to work for an award winning company on the Sunshine Coast. A great opportunity for customer service candidates who are looking to further their call centre experience, or retail/hospitality candidates looking to get their foot in the door with a large, customer focussed organisation.

About the role:

  • You will be dealing with a wide variety of customer queries and sales enquiries
  • You will be providing a solutions based approach to each individual query
  • You will be required to complete any associated processing administration
  • You will be taking on average 40-80 calls per day, and working on a daily basis towards quality and customer service targets/indicators

About you:

  • You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong attention to detail
  • You will have intermediate to advanced computer skills and a highly level of data entry accuracy
  • You will have the ability to analyse and solve problems with sound decision making and problem-solving skills
  • You will have previous experience within a sales orientated or call centre environment is desirable
  • Candidates with retail and hospitality backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
