About the company:
An ASX listed company, our client is a telecommunications operator who provide Fixed Wireless, NBN and Opticomm services to their customers. With office locations all over Australia and a large customer base, our client is excited to welcome a number of Customer Service professionals to join the Newcastle team and assist with their ongoing growth.

About the role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in representing the company by providing outstanding customer service to Broadband customers, effectively resolving their queries and concerns over the phone.
Duties include:
  • Liaising with customers via phone and email to resolve all requests within SLA's
  • Troubleshooting and technical support
  • Escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Recording clear, concise notes for each customer interaction
  • Developing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders

About You:

Do you have a passion for all things tech and enjoy interacting with a wide range of different people?! If this sounds like you, and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!
  • Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
  • Call centre experience advantageous
  • Excellent confidence and negotiation skills dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Well developed communication skills with the ability to display sensitivity, and discretion
  • Computer literacy/technology skills
  • Availability to work a rotating, 7-day roster between the hours of 8am - 8pm
  • Able to provide evidence of full Australian working rights and pass a National Police Check
