An exciting opportunity is available to join a National brand who are currently experiencing a high level of growth within their organisation. An ASX listed company, our client is a global telecommunications operator who provide Fixed Wireless, NBN and Opticomm services to their customers.

The role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in representing the company by providing outstanding customer service to Broadband customers, effectively resolving their queries and concerns. Duties include:

  • High level customer service, liaising with customers via phone and email to resolve all requests within SLA's
  • Troubleshooting and technical support
  • Escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Recording clear, concise notes for each customer interaction
  • Developing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders

About You

Do you have a passion for all things tech and enjoy interacting with a wide range of different people?! If this sounds like you, and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!
  • Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
  • Excellent confidence and negotiation skills dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds;
  • Well developed verbal communication skills with the ability to display sensitivity, empathy, discretion and diplomacy
  • Computer literacy/technology skills;
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Availability to work a rotating, 7 day roster between the hours of 8am - 7pm
