An exciting opportunity is available to join a National brand who are currently experiencing a high level of growth within their organisation. An ASX listed company, our client is a global telecommunications operator who provide Fixed Wireless, NBN and Opticomm services to their customers.
The role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in representing the company by providing outstanding customer service to Broadband customers, effectively resolving their queries and concerns.

The role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in representing the company by providing outstanding customer service to Broadband customers, effectively resolving their queries and concerns.
Duties include:
- High level customer service, liaising with customers via phone and email to resolve all requests within SLA's
- Troubleshooting and technical support
- Escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Recording clear, concise notes for each customer interaction
- Developing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders

- Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
- Excellent confidence and negotiation skills dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds;
- Well developed verbal communication skills with the ability to display sensitivity, empathy, discretion and diplomacy
- Computer literacy/technology skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Availability to work a 7 day rotating roster with weekday coverage 8AM - 9PM, Saturdays 9AM - 6PM, Sundays 12PM - 6PM
- Salary negotiable based on experience
