Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our client based in North Ryde with work from home options for a Full time temporary assignment with view to go permanent.

Hours - Monday to Friday 7am-7pm shift work
All shifts will be 8 hours

The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Respond to Inbound & Outbound telephone calls
  • Respond to inbound email enquiries
  • Be available as scheduled to answer enquiries
  • Contribute to the success of the team and achievement of team and business targets.

    To be suitable for this role you will have:
  • Previous experience in a customer service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and desire for accuracy
  • Confident and professional phone technique
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service ethic and focus
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • Effective time management
  • Strong PC skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, excel.
