Are you up for the challenge?
We are currently looking for a talented, proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Shared Services Team. This is an entry level role and is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate to kickstart their career in the dynamic and ever-changing recruitment industry. The Shared Services Team is a combination of many internal departments that consists of onboarding new staff, resourcing, invoicing, customer service, initiating contracts and administrative duties.

Daily Duties:
In this role you would be responsible for:

  • Manage the database process for new and existing placements, generation of contracts/contract amendments, permanent placement invoicing and follow up with clients to ensure the workers are paid, invoices are received and meet the client's expectations for payment as per the agreed terms.
  • Provide support to all workers during their set up to be 'payroll ready' and will manage the contractor database to ensure integrity and alignment of our various systems/platforms.
  • Award increase checks and alerts
  • Data entry for all new and updated rates- adhere delegated authority policy & accurately add concise pay notes for job orders, rate templates
  • Client engagement guides completed in consultation with client control point for any new contract client
  • Identification and removal of all client and client contact duplicates
  • Maintain data integrity and use of naming conventions
  • Contract expiration checks and alert
  • Client Risk Assessments (CRA) compliance management (CRA's due/overdue flagged to operations and OHS team)
  • Develop an effective internal network in order to deliver efficient solution and support to customers


About You:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to clearly communicate at all levels, adjusts communication style to suit audience
  • Intermediate Microsoft skill - Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Administrative background
  • Sound appreciation of customer service
  • Process driven, outcome orientated, and high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to perform and prioritise under pressure
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Be pro-active & self-motivated
