Are you up for the challenge?
We are currently looking for a talented, proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Leader to join our high performing Shared Services Team. The Shared Services Team is a combination of many internal departments that consists of onboarding new staff, resourcing, invoicing, customer service, initiating contracts and administrative duties.

About the role
The Customer Service Team Leader's role is primarily responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of staff capability and improvement of the customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring that your team meets it's KPI's
  • Meet individual targets and contribute to team goals
  • Demonstrate a tier-1 level experience to customers
  • Contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of new processes and systems related to customer service
  • Manage and create Rosters, Performance Plans and Work Instructions


About you

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Team Leader role
  • Previous all entre and/or customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Telecommunications experience advantageous
