The Role

You will provide outstanding frontline customer service including;

  • Assisting customers to access, navigate or interpret services across a range of legislative requirements
  • Assessing customer needs and requirements
  • Working effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives
  • Displaying personal resilience and an ability to deal with challenging situations


Knowledge Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Previous experience in working in an environment driven by KPI's
  • Ability to adapt and overcome challenging situations
  • Good level of English language, written and strong verbal communication
  • Ability to explain complex information and effectively manage challenging conversations
  • Demonstrate general financial literacy skills
  • Basic analytical skills with ability to interpret and analyse data
