My client, an established business (over 100 years in operation) is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity that will give you exposure to other areas of the business allowing you to build your skills and business knowledge.

Role: Customer Service Officer
Length: Permanent
Rate: $60-70K + Super
Location: South-West Sydney

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
 Develop strong customer relationships
 Resolve customer queries professionally and in a timely manner
 Accurately update the CRM system with customer details
 Calling/emailing customers
 Liaise with internal stakeholders

Looking for someone with:
 Positive, bubbly personality
 Strong communication skills
 Willingness to assist other areas of the business
 Comfortable being on the phone
 Customer service/sales background highly regarded
