Our client, based in the South Eastern Suburbs, is an Employer of Choice and they have a current vacancy for an experienced Customer Service Credit Officer.

They are currently seeking a candidate with a strong Customer Service background who is available to commence immediately following interviews.

The Role:

Outbound/Inbound calls - KPI of 40 calls per day
Following up outstanding domestic accounts
Email cases and associated administration
Call relating to the coordinate of setting and negotiating hardship payments for domestic accounts
Updating CRM (Salesforce) with any negotiated arrangements, billing details and payment plans
Providing an high level of customer resolution
The role will be 90% phones based so you must be comfortable with being on the phone for most of your shift daily

What you will bring to the team:

A demonstrated collaborative work ethic
Strong Outbound and Inbound call taking experience in relation to Hardship payments
A history of negotiating payment instalments
An empathetic and customer centric approach
The ability to work from home but also to work from the office when current restrictions lift
Experiencing using Salesforce CRM

This will be a casual position for 6 months, you must be able to commit to at least the first 6 month period. There will then be a review.

This role will be based from home and all equipment will be provided for you to set up working from home. Training will also be provided.

You must be willing to undergo background checks including National Police Check and provide Recent reference checks.
