Are you passionate about providing customer service? Help this organisation make a difference by supporting individual patients in the management of their community health plans - We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join this phone-based customer service team in North Sydney.

In this permanent, fulltime role you will join an organisation growing in the pharmaceutical industry, and the evolving community-based health programs across NSW. We are looking for a caring, compassionate and well-spoken team member to join this fun and supportive team environment.

Your main duties will include:

  • Make scheduled monthly outbound care calls to your set account of patients
  • Using an internal database to record customer notes
  • Liaise with GP's, Pharmacies and other health professionals both inbound and outbound calls - NO COLD CALLS
  • Maintain administration of KPI's using MS Office Word and Excel

This role will suit a person who is passionate about making a difference and helping people. You must be comfortable and confident on the phone. No experience required as all training will be provided - MUST have a passion for helping people.
