About the Role:
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the department in a positive manner
  • Familiarise yourself with a number of internal policies surrounding products, services, and subscriptions.
  • Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and integrity when handling personal data and financial information
  • Manage multiple communication points such as email inboxes, mail correspondence, and telecommunications.
  • Escalate issues and enquiries with prompt and influence to resolve in a effectively and timely manner.
About You:
  • You will have an excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • You will be able to effectively manage complex enquiries with a variety of different stakeholders.
  • You will have sound computer literacy skills with experience in commonly used Office Suites such as Outlook and POS systems.
  • You will contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and the organisational cultural objectives.
  • You will be detail oriented in managing databases and ensure the correct allocation of customer records.
