The brand has a reputation for understanding their customers better than anyone else, therefore, are seeking those with a passion for delivering excellent service and for going above and beyond.
 
About the role:
  • You will be integral to customer service operations, managing up to 60+ calls a day.
  • Representing the brand and its products to current and potential customers
  • Managing complaints, enquiries, requests for information, and accounts.
  • You will be contributing to the progression of your team, working collaboratively with other departments in the business
  • Accumulate a foundational understanding of logistics and regulatory practices around insurance products within Australia.
 
The ideal candidate:
  • You will have the confidence to have engaging conversations with a variety of customers
  • You will have the drive to progress your career long term with a company that is passionate about internal promotion.
  • Will have experience in customer service and/or sales of services and products. Hospitality or retail workers encouraged to apply.
