About you:

  • You understand invoicing, credit and costs associated with relevant projects.
  • You are computer literate and can pick up systems easily (SAP, Four Shift, Salesforce, Trello, Asana Project Management desirable but not essential) - training provided.
  • You are flexible, can swiftly adapt and pivot to the ebbs and flows of new and existing projects.
  • You are a professional in managing your time and prioritizing tasks throughout your day.
  • You are comfortable working to timelines and deadlines.
  • You pride yourself in your communication skills.
  • You are reliable and friendly.

Experience:
2 years' experience in office projects with an understanding of project scope and space. A basic understanding of project administration advantageous. Experience working within a customer/client services team.

About the role:

  • You will provide the highest level of customer support by answering inbound calls, emails and electronic data.
  • You will log any new customer enquiry and ensure the customer needs are entered in the data base by adhering strictly to the data policy.
  • You will verify customer and contact master data and if needed, initiate update process.
  • You will generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
  • You will record feedback from the customer to further improve the services.
  • You will identify and escalate priority issues.
  • You will probe general service and dispatch email boxes throughout the day and respond with a sense of urgency.
  • You will be the liaison between the customer, the Scheduling & Dispatching team and other service business functions to achieve exceptional results.
  • You will handle a variety of inquiries with regards to service orders, service offerings, service contracts and other process inquiries.
  • You will deliver accurate, professional and dependable service to customers.
