We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant for an immediate start on behalf our client, located in the Mansfield region. This assignment will cover a short-term team leave and have an opportunity for on-going ad hoc leave cover.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service representative to work on a casual basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound calls from existing and new customers
  • Booking in deliveries and service pick-ups
  • Updating information in the system
  • Assisting the broader team wherever necessary

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in a contact centre environment
  • Have an outgoing yet compassionate nature
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good attention to detail
